This Privacy Policy explains how Jay Awal and Alpha Society collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit alpha.jayawal.com, submit a form, register for training, apply for a program, book a call, or otherwise interact with Alpha Society.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, telephone number, form responses, application information, appointment details, and communications with us.
We may also collect device and usage information automatically, including IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, timestamps, cookie identifiers, and interactions with pages, forms, videos, and advertisements.

- provide community access, training, appointments, and requested materials;

Email and text messages

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text message to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.

Current services may include Netlify, HighLevel, Google, Meta, and Skool.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define certain analytics or advertising disclosures as a sale or sharing; you may contact us to request that we limit such activity where applicable.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting, security, and recordkeeping needs.
