You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You agree to provide accurate information and to protect any account credentials issued to you. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

Alpha Society provides general education and community support. Content is not individualized financial, investment, tax, legal, employment, or business advice. Nothing on the site is an offer to buy or sell securities or other financial products. You are responsible for your decisions and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

You may not misuse the site or community, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy member information, distribute malware, impersonate another person, harass others, make deceptive claims, or use the services for unlawful activity. We may remove content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect members, the platform, or third parties.

The site, training, videos, systems, graphics, trademarks, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Jay Awal and Alpha Society. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use materials for your own learning. You may not reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, or create derivative commercial products from them without written permission.

If you submit comments, feedback, or community content, you retain ownership of your content and grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and use it as necessary to operate and improve the community. We will obtain separate permission before using a member testimonial in advertising.

The funnel may link to or integrate with services such as Skool, Google, Meta, scheduling tools, and communications providers. Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, experience, market conditions, costs, and risk tolerance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that every resource will remain available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jay Awal, Alpha Society, and their team members and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost profit damages arising from your use of the services. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a free service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services and may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Earnings and Risk Disclaimer form the agreement concerning the services. Applicable law governs without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory rights available where you live.
